Privacy

This site keeps what you type into its forms (the roster application, a test-shoot booking, an application to play, sponsor or vend at a show, a brand brief), what you give us when you buy tickets, and which tagged link brought you here if there was one.

• We use it to review what you sent, to reply by email, and, for tickets, to put your name on the door list. We don't sell it, and we don't give it to advertisers.
• If you sign with us, we share your talent profile (your name or stage name, your links and the work you choose to show) with prospective brand clients, agencies and agents, only with your agreement. Nobody else receives it.
• There are no analytics scripts, trackers or third-party fonts on this site. To limit spam, the server keeps a one-way hash of your network address for one hour.
• Applications and bookings we don't take forward are deleted within twelve months.
• To see, correct or delete what you sent, reply to any email from us or write to wes@ia-sin.online.

Tickets and payments

When you buy tickets we keep your name, email, the show, the ticket type and number, your ticket code and the payment status. Payment is taken by Stripe on its own page (checkout.stripe.com) under Stripe's privacy policy; your card details go to Stripe and never reach us. Stripe emails your receipt. We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting law requires, and use them only for the show, refunds and our books.

Photos, measurements and likeness

Applications ask for links to your work, such as Instagram, reels or a portfolio. Those pages usually show your face and body. We look at them only to assess what you sent.

• Photos and video from a shoot or session with us are used only as the release or agreement you sign at the time says: usually your own use, our portfolio, and promotion of the work we made together.
• Comp-card details (height, measurements, sizes, hair and eye colour) are taken at the shoot, go only on your comp card, and are sent only to agencies and agents you agree to.
• We don't run face recognition on any of it or make biometric templates of any kind.
• We never use your photos or voice to train AI models without your separate written consent.

California privacy rights

If you live in California, you can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it, at the address above. We answer within 45 days. We don't sell or share your personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of, and we won't treat you differently for asking.

Children

Applications, shoots and performances are for people 18 or older; those forms won't send without that confirmation. Shows have their own age limits, shown before you buy. This site isn't directed at children, and we delete anything we learn came from someone under 18.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so there is no cookie banner. Stripe's checkout page is on Stripe's own site and uses its own cookies to process the payment and prevent fraud.
