What to Expect

This page says what Clear Diamond does, what it costs, and what we cannot promise. Read it before you send a form.

What We Do

• We advise and guide your career and set up collaborations with other talent.
• We make and publish content with you, from photos to video to reels.
• We build your materials: a comp card, press kit or reel.
• We introduce you to agencies, agents, labels and publishers.
• We promote your work to the people who should see it.

What It Costs

You pay nothing to start. A management commission applies only when paid work comes in, and only after the work and the percentage are agreed in writing. Clear Diamond gets the right to publish and promote the content we make together.

Management, Not an Agency

Clear Diamond is a talent management company, not a licensed talent agency. We do not hold a California talent agency licence, and California law requires one to procure work for artists. That means we do not procure, offer or negotiate engagements where the law requires a licence. You are free to sign with a licensed agency, and for our own shows Clear Diamond is the producer and hires acts directly.

How We Reply

A real person reads everything you send, and we reply by email within 72 hours. There is no automatic confirmation email. The message you see after pressing send means it reached us.

What We Cannot Promise

• Applying does not guarantee a place on the roster, a shoot, a slot on a show, or a partnership.
• Being on the roster or being submitted does not guarantee representation, work, bookings, deals or income.
• Agencies, brands and venues make their own decisions, and we cannot make those decisions for them.

If We Pass

We tell you by email. Applications and bookings we do not take forward are deleted within twelve months, and you can ask us to delete what you sent sooner. Privacy

Test Shoots

• The form is a request, not a confirmed shoot. It is confirmed only when we email you a time and a place.
• The location varies, but it is always a public place, for your safety. A test shoot costs you nothing. It is free.
• You sign a short release at the shoot. Measurements go on your comp card only with your say-so.
• After the shoot we pick selects and build your comp card. You get your selects within 7 days of the shoot.
• We submit your comp card only to agencies and agents you agree to. You must be 18 or older.

Shows

No dates are on sale yet. Nothing is confirmed or announced until there is a written agreement signed by both sides, covering the slot, pay and terms. Vendors hold their own permits.

Brands

We reply by email with talent that fits, a content plan and a price. Nothing is booked until it is agreed in writing.
